In the first episode you find a green-armoured corpse lying on the floor of a hidden room, unmistakably Doomguy, and Duke says the line. 1996's most famous cross-shooter jab, aimed straight at id Software from 3D Realms.
How to find it
E1L3, Death Row. In the chapel, press the switch at the cross, then smash the left stained-glass window. The body lies on the floor in the room behind it. Walk up to it to trigger the line.
