Put a name tag reading "Dinnerbone" or "Grumm" on almost any mob and it renders flipped upside down, legs in the air, while behaving exactly as before. Dinnerbone is the handle of Mojang developer Nathan Adams. The Ender Dragon and squid are the exceptions that stay the right way up.

How to find it

Rename a name tag to Dinnerbone or Grumm in an anvil, then use it on a mob. Renaming a spawn egg the same way also works.
