The first door code in the Medical Pavilion, at Twilight Fields Funeral Homes, is 0451. It's a nod to System Shock, the 1994 Looking Glass game whose first keypad code was 451 (after Fahrenheit 451). The number has turned up in many immersive sims since, including Irrational's own System Shock 2 as 45100.
How to find it
Medical Pavilion, inside Twilight Fields Funeral Homes. The code is written next to a coffin, and the locked room holds money and ammo.
