Out of bounds in Hephaestus there's a Vita-Chamber with a developer note that only shows up with Art Captions on: "Bug this. If you can read this Paul Hellquist did not do his job. Love, Kline." It was written by Irrational technical director Chris Kline as a jab at lead designer Paul Hellquist. It went public in January 2018 after a post on 4chan, and Hellquist acknowledged it on Twitter on January 9, 2018.

How to find it

In the second half of Hephaestus, before you meet Andrew Ryan in person, burn yourself down to 1 HP with Incinerate, then kill yourself with it right where the Ryan cutscene triggers. You respawn in a Vita-Chamber outside the map; turn on Art Captions in the options to read the note.
