Adventure1 egg in this basketAtari refused to credit its programmers, so Warren Robinett hid his signature inside Adventure: touch an invisible gray dot in a sealed catacomb wall and a secret room opens, flashing "Created by Warren Robinett." He told no one and left the company. When a player found it and wrote to Atari, manager Steve Wright decided hidden surprises were a feature — and called them easter eggs. Every find on this site descends from this room.
