Atari refused to credit its programmers, so Warren Robinett hid his signature inside Adventure: touch an invisible gray dot in a sealed catacomb wall and a secret room opens, flashing "Created by Warren Robinett." He told no one and left the company. When a player found it and wrote to Atari, manager Steve Wright decided hidden surprises were a feature, and called them easter eggs.

How to find it

In the black castle's catacombs, pick up the single invisible gray dot pixel from the sealed chamber's south wall, then carry it to the east corridor below the golden castle while other objects hold the barriers open.
