In the Land of a Thousand Fables there's a hidden cave with a bonfire and a sword stuck in it, the checkpoint from FromSoftware's Dark Souls. Geralt even kneels at it the way the Souls heroes do. Lighting it gets you Gesheft, a relic silver sword that boosts sign intensity.

How to find it

Blood and Wine expansion, during Beyond Hill and Dale. After the Cloud Giant fight, skip the castle arch, vault the railing on your left and drop to the ledge below, then follow the path (and the will-o'-the-wisp) to the cave.
