Two angel statues flank the door of a small chapel in a cemetery in Velen. Turn the camera away or go inside and come back, and they've changed position to face you, the rule of the Weeping Angels from Doctor Who. Unlike the show they never attack, and they eventually vanish.
How to find it
The cemetery just east of Lindenvale in Velen, where the Witcher Wannabe side quest takes you. Look at the angels by the chapel entrance, then look away and back.
