Dr. Doak, the double-agent scientist who hands Bond the door decoder in the Facility mission, is named after and modeled on David Doak, a designer on the game who later co-founded Free Radical Design. Other Rare staff lent their faces to the game's guards and soldiers. When the cancelled Xbox remaster leaked, fans noticed he had been renamed Dr. Rakhmanov, and modded him back in.
How to find it
Play the Facility mission on Secret Agent or 00 Agent difficulty and find Dr. Doak, whose spawn point varies, to collect the door decoder.
