Wild Wasteland can send a gang of armed old ladies loose in Outer Vegas, picking on passers-by and getting away from NCR patrols. They are a nod to "Hell's Grannies", the Monty Python's Flying Circus sketch about pensioners terrorising a town.
How to find it
With the Wild Wasteland trait, walk around Outer Freeside near Cerulean Robotics until the gang of grannies shows up.
