With Wild Wasteland on, the table in the basement of Camp Searchlight's church holds three Holy Frag Grenades where the normal game has two Mini Nukes, plus a sign telling you how to count before throwing. It is a straight lift from the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and they hit far harder than ordinary frag grenades.
How to find it
Take the Wild Wasteland trait, travel to Camp Searchlight (bring Rad-X or RadAway, the town is irradiated), and go down into the church basement. The grenades are on the table.
