Wild Wasteland turns a mercenary camp north of Horowitz Farmstead into an alien landing site, with a flying saucer and three aliens standing guard. Beating their captain gets you the Alien Blaster, the ray gun that has appeared as a secret weapon in Fallout games since the first one. Without the trait the same spot holds human mercenaries and a different unique weapon, the YCS/186 gauss rifle.
How to find it
With the Wild Wasteland trait, head north of Horowitz Farmstead and look for the crashed spacecraft; defeat the alien captain and loot the Alien Blaster.
