M'aiq the Liar is a wandering Khajiit who has turned up in every main Elder Scrolls game since Morrowind. His lines in Skyrim answer years of fan complaints, joking about mudcrab chatter and how much better everyone looks than in Cyrodiil. He also picks up his own old jokes, such as claiming dragons were never gone, only invisible and very quiet.
How to find it
M'aiq roams the roads of Skyrim at random. When you meet him, talk to him repeatedly to cycle through his lines.
