The bassline under Ice Ice Baby is the bassline from Queen and David Bowie's Under Pressure (1981), with one extra note tacked onto the end of the phrase. Vanilla Ice famously argued that the extra note made it a different riff. Queen and Bowie were eventually credited and paid.
How to find it
Play the first ten seconds of each. The ding-ding-ding-da-da-ding-ding is the same; listen for the added note at the end of Vanilla Ice's phrase.
