Naughty Dog put the console you were playing on into the game three times. A PS3 sits under the TV in Joel's living room in the prologue, another is in a basement room at the University of Eastern Colorado, and a third is on a shelf in Larry's TV & Stereo, a shop Ellie passes after escaping David.
How to find it
Prologue: look under the TV in Joel's house while playing as Sarah. University chapter: check the basement room with the Clickers. Winter: look at the shelves of Larry's TV & Stereo during Ellie's escape at the Lakeside Resort.
