A sheep named "jeb_" fades through all 16 dye colors on a loop. The name is the username of Mojang's Jens Bergensten, and it arrived in Java Edition 1.7.4. The effect is only cosmetic: shearing the sheep drops wool in whatever color it really is underneath.
How to find it
Name a name tag jeb_ (lowercase, with the underscore) in an anvil and use it on any sheep.
