The plain Greatsword (a colossal sword) is a slab of iron with the same shape as the Dragon Slayer, the sword Guts carries in Kentaro Miura's manga Berserk. Its item description calls it a crude lump of iron too heavy for an ordinary man, which is close to how the manga's narrator describes the Dragon Slayer. Berserk is a well-known influence on FromSoftware's games.
How to find it
In Caelid, loot the chest on the abandoned caravan near the Caelem Ruins site of grace (northeast of Rotview Balcony). The caravan is guarded, so expect a fight.
