The Grafted Blade Greatsword is a huge blade made of dozens of smaller swords fused together. Fans read it as a nod to the Iron Throne from Game of Thrones, since George R. R. Martin wrote the backstory for Elden Ring's world. FromSoftware has not said so officially.
How to find it
On the Weeping Peninsula, work through Castle Morne and beat the Leonine Misbegotten at the end. The sword drops from the boss.
