Doom II: Hell on Earth1 egg in this basketThe final boss of DOOM II is a giant wall with a hole in its forehead. Behind the hole, on a spike, is a bloodied head of id Software's John Romero. Every rocket you fire into the boss is really hitting him. The boss's growl, played backwards, says "To win the game you must kill me, John Romero."
Reach MAP30. Fire rockets into the exposed brain. To see the head itself, use the noclip cheat (IDCLIP) and walk into the wall behind the Icon.
