After all the warnings, the ending shows an actual cake with a lit candle sitting on a desk deep in the facility. Valve modeled it on a cake from Regent Bakery & Cafe in Redmond, Washington, close to Valve's office, and didn't tell the bakery. Staff only found out when customers started asking if they knew their cake was in a game.
How to find it
Beat GLaDOS. The very last scene before the credits roll shows the cake.
