Each night for one in-game hour, a pale figure appears on a cliff on Mount Gordo above the word "JOCK" written in blood, and vanishes if you get close. She is Jolene Cranley-Evans, whose fall from the cliff is covered on an in-game website: her husband, the stuntman Jock Cranley, was arrested and released without charge, and the bloody name points at him.
How to find it
Mount Gordo in the northeast of the map, between 23:00 and 00:00 in-game. Watch from a distance (a sniper scope helps), since she disappears when approached.
