In the Blood and Wine quest The Warble of a Smitten Knight, one way to cure Vivienne is to move her oriole curse into an egg, and you're warned it could kill her in seven years. If you let seven in-game years pass, she is found dead on the floor of Yennefer's room in Skellige. Quest designer Philipp Weber hid it and teased it on Twitter, and CD Projekt Red confirmed it on the Witcher subreddit once it was found in March 2022.

How to find it

Blood and Wine expansion. Pick the oriole egg ritual in The Warble of a Smitten Knight, then let seven in-game years pass (meditating for well over 2,500 days, or a time console command on PC) and go to Yennefer's room in Skellige.
