The groans of the headcrab zombies sound like nonsense in game. Reverse the sound files and fans hear a man pleading things like "God help me" and "Get it off me", which suggests the host is still in there. Valve has never commented on it.
How to find it
You'll hear the zombies all through Ravenholm, but the message only shows up if you pull the zombie sound files out of the game and play them in reverse in an audio editor.
