Collect all 120 Power Stars and a cannon opens on the castle grounds that can launch Mario onto the roof of Peach's Castle. Yoshi is up there with three 1-Ups. Talk to him and he gives Mario 100 extra lives and an upgraded triple jump, then jumps off the roof. His message ships with a typo: "Mario!!! It that really you???"
How to find it
Get all 120 Power Stars, then go out to the castle grounds and use the newly opened cannon. Aim at the castle roof and fire.
